Does BRADS block ads?
No. BRADS does not block advertising requests or make ads finish faster. It visually covers the player and mutes it during the break.
How can I try BRADS without waiting for an ad?
Open the extension popup while a YouTube video is visible and choose “Try for 15 seconds”.
Can I still watch the ad?
Yes. Select “See the ad” in the main window. BRADS closes and immediately restores the audio for the rest of that break.
Where are my settings stored?
Only in your browser’s local storage on your device. BRADS uses no account or cloud synchronization.
Why might BRADS not appear?
YouTube periodically changes its player. Reload the page and make sure the extension is active. If the issue continues, email us with your Chrome or Edge version.
How do I remove all local data?
Uninstalling BRADS removes its preferences and local content. If diagnostics are enabled, you can also clear the log from the popup.
